In a fast paced Production environment; keeping complete system landscapes together is often
met with compromise.
It is often too costly or complex to keep Quality and Development systems up-to-date with
Production data. Data that is critical to provide Production support.
Unfortunately the investment into these systems depreciates as test environments move further
away from real Production issues. Unit testing in development is also compromised due to the lack
of representative master data.
The issue is cost and resource. Production systems grow and require hardware that is not cost
effective to mirror into Quality, Training and Development systems. |
