Siamease has its own IDOC Types. Data can be prepared in text format and dropped into the IDOC data queue. Siamease will then be triggered by the SAP IDOC subsystem to post the data to SAP. The actual post process would have been defined by a business analyst. All of this is achievable without the business analyst having to know about IDOCS.
